Owner and founder, Vianey Hernandez, learned the value of hard work at an early age. Growing up, she worked alongside her mother and grandmother cleaning homes, where she developed the skills, work ethic, and attention to detail that continue to define her work today. What began as a family tradition became a lifelong passion for helping others maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes.

As a single mother raising four beautiful daughters, Vianey understood the importance of dedication, perseverance, and providing exceptional service. Through years of balancing family responsibilities and professional commitments, she built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and outstanding results.

Before launching SterlingClean LLC, Vianey spent more than four years serving as Head Housekeeper for an affluent Tennessee family. In that role, she was entrusted with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and household care. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her meticulous attention to detail, earned the trust and appreciation of the family she served.
